Wealth managers report heavier inquiries, crypto funds raise fresh capital, and platforms see higher volumes. Jason Huang’s NextGen Digital Venture secured over \$100 million for a new long-short crypto equity fund after his first vehicle returned 375% in under two years.

UBS says some overseas Chinese family offices aim for around 5% crypto allocations, with younger generations leading engagement. Policy tailwinds including Hong Kong’s new stablecoin law and the U.S. GENIUS Act are reinforcing demand as bitcoin trades above \$124,000.

Managers note a shift from token-lite dabbling to “must-have” positions, with clients moving from ETFs toward direct coins and market-neutral plays like basis trades and arbitrage. Fidelity’s Giselle Lai frames bitcoin as a portfolio diversifier. HashKey Exchange reports users up 85% year-on-year.
